Cancellation fees:

• 10% if cancelled 30 or more days before course start
• 25% if cancelled 29 to 14 days before course start
• 50% if cancelled 13 to 7 days before course start
• 75% if cancelled 6 to 2 days before course start
• 100% if cancelled 1 or less days before course start

In case of unfavorable weather or snow conditions, the organizer may cancel or re-schedule the course. In case of cancellations by the organizer, the course fees will be fully returned.
